After having a very negative prior experience before reaching out to Oxford, Kirby and Bri made my transition smooth, quick, and stress-free. Kirby maintained consistent communication, provided a thorough tour, and truly helped me feel welcomed in my new home here in Colorado.
I genuinely appreciate everything they’ve done. I would highly recommend this community to any prospective resident.
|Recommended: YesAbove and Beyond — Kirby and Chloe are a fantastic team. Their communication stands out. They have patiently answered my questions, expertly set expectations and made the entire move in process easier than I had imagined possible. They are solution oriented. They are both content experts, easily solving issues that inevitably arise. They project confidence, compassion and gratitude. The facility feels more like a resort than an apartment complex. It has become my immediate home. Peaceful is the word that comes to mind. Amenities like the coffee bar, gym and clubhouse are well maintained and clean. The residents I have met seem to enjoy their living experience at Oxford Vista. Smiles and kindness are a normal occurrence. Clubhouse events seem relevant and well thought out. While parking is in short supply, I chalk it up to the property’s popularity. Kudos all around.
|Recommended: YesGreat place — This place is a breath of a fresh air. I've lived in other complexes where property staff didn't care about their tenants. The staff here are genuinely nice and take concerns seriously. It's been great to be here.
